Gutter cleaning importance

I want to express the importance of cleaning your gutters at least once a year.
It is very important when all the leaves in the fall have fallen you have your gutters
cleaned.
I recommend that in the spring when the pollen has finished, you take a walk around
your downspouts when it is pouring down raining to insure they are flowing.
By cleaning your gutters you are preventing damage to your house by water draining
properly. When gutters are clogged water will cascade over the gutters and cause eroding
of your property and damage to the wood on your house. Damage can also happen to your
foundation.
